I am deeply involved in the intersection of brand and user experience design. I strategize with the C-Suite on product innovation, and product market fit. I promote user research and conduct usability studies. I mentor, evangelize design thinking and promote UX best practices.
Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for teaching and crafting user experiences that spark joy. Whether I’m leading a design team or diving in as a player/coach, I love bringing big ideas to life while keeping the user at the center of everything I do.
At Perch Energy, I’ve had the privilege of gaining deep insight into the business’s inner workings. My experience spans researching, engaging in teamwide design-thinking, and refining a fast, user-friendly website. I collaborate closely with our internal sales team, ad agencies, and contractors, working across the entire ecosystem. Partnering with our product and tech teams, I help solve problems at scale, reduce design and tech debt, and ensure new features integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure.
Outside of work, I’m constantly exploring my creativity through painting, cycling, hiking, scuba diving, and sailing around New England. These adventures not only fuel my personal growth but also inspire fresh perspectives that I bring back to design. Whether I’m on a trail, underwater, or at my desk, I’m always thinking about how to make experiences more meaningful and delightful for the people who use them.
