What is the best way to keep customers engaged or give the power to an associate to answer any question within your store? A tablet. I collaborated closely with engineers to design and develop an app aimed at helping store employees efficiently collect customer information during in-store browsing.
The Great Courses were looking to us to rebrand. We delivered a new responsive video player. We also took a look at their tone of voice to create a sense of curiosity and enrichment. And we not only pushed the brand to be engaging and approachable, but we also gave them the design to match it.
The Red Sox didn't want a campaign. They wanted a rallying cry that could show the intensity of the team, and be a call to arms for the Nation. Results? Goosebumps.
