When I arrived at Care.com, the design system was just getting underway. I lead the Design team to write and develop guidelines. We built a responsive component Design System for designers and a Living Style Guide for Engineers to use across App and Responsive Web. Our ambitious roadmap paved the way for consolidating old code and streamlining our Tech Team's site-wide atomic design system.
